Corning® HPFS®
We specialise in Corning® HPFS®, producing and manufacturing high quality fused silica. The high-purity glass is manufactured by melting high-quality silica (silicon dioxide) and then allowing it to solidify without crystallizing, resulting in high chemical resistance and excellent thermal stability that can be used in various industries.
Corning® ULE®
We also manufacture Corning® ULE®, a type of glass-ceramic material known for its extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion. Its particularly valuable and is normally utilised in applications where dimensional stability over a wide range of temperatures is crucial.
Corning® ULE® is recognized for its exceptional thermal stability and is a preferred material in situations where traditional materials might exhibit undesirable expansion or contraction under changing environmental conditions.
Infrared Optics
This glass is manufactured to transmit within the visible and infra-red spectrum range of up to 5700 nanometers. It is generally used for filters, detection windows, thermal imaging and IR Domes.

High Powered Laser requires optical parts of premium quality. We are able to provide Collimator Lens, Focus Lens & Debris Shield.
Production Capabilities
We also provide other services and materials, such as finisher services for polished parts. We provide blanks of Corning® materials in your preferred customised dimensions, as well as IR materials: ZnS, ZnSe, Ge, Silicon and Caf2.
We are also capable of processing ultra thin glass of 0.1mm with polished finishing of less than 0.1λ.
